Fincabout is a web-based agricultural planning platform that provides tile-based farm layout design, multi-tier rendering, collaboration tools, and related features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including farm layouts, field notes, and project data. By using the Service, you grant Fincabout a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering the platform, using automated tools to scrape data, or interfering with the Service's infrastructure.

6. Availability & Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fincabout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
